Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on stock availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
